“When I grow up” — Presentation of the 2024 Integrated Reporting
“When I Grow Up” is a shared commitment: Paradisi’s Integrated Reporting
There is something powerful in the idea that “When I Grow Up,” the title we chose for the presentation of our 2024 Integrated Reporting, is not only a wish for the company but a collective promise.
On Friday, September 12, we wanted to emphasize the importance of sharing moments and ideas, transforming them into a true team narrative.
We did so by drawing inspiration from Giuseppe Morici’s latest book, “Growing Up Is for Grown-Ups,” which we read and discussed together within the company.
From its pages, we selected the phrases that best represent our Paradisi identity, turning them into large totems and carpets that welcomed our guests — a tangible and visible way to express the essence of our journey.
For us, what truly matters is that values do not remain abstract words, but become concrete actions, shared experiences, and living principles.
We titled the presentation “When I Grow Up” for a reason.
To grow means not only to become stronger, but also to stay true to one’s identity and continue to make room for dreams.
During the evening, through the presentation led by Gaia Paradisi, we shared both our numerical growth and symbolic growth — guided by a vision of responsibility that shapes our ongoing, balanced evolution.
Voices on Stage
Giuseppe Morici, author of “Growing Up Is for Grown-Ups,” was introduced by sociologist Massimiliano Colombi in an engaging and thought-provoking dialogue, rich in new insights for both entrepreneurs and individuals.
This was followed by economist Marco Marcatili, who conversed with representatives from two successful companies from the Marche region — ourselves at Paradisi, a small company with great vision, and Roberta Fileni, entrepreneur of a large and equally visionary enterprise.
Through this exchange, we aimed to draw a common thread between two Jesi-based companies that continue to thrive because they think big, sharing reflections and perspectives on the future.
At the heart of the conversation emerged our shared views on growth, innovation, and participatory leadership, experienced in a state of dynamic balance.
Every company can be great in its own way — if it knows how to dare, imagine, and turn ideas into benefits for everyone.
Music and talent: the heart of the event
Other special moments of the evening included musical interludes on the diatonic accordion, performed by maestro Roberto Lucanero, accompanied by the talented student Veronica Ferraioli.
An extraordinary example of how, at just 16 years old, it is possible to think big: Veronica is already a registered professional musician (ENPALS), and her passion deeply moved the entire audience.
Investing in the future: the Scholarship Award
Another highlight was the presentation of the “Sandro Paradisi” Scholarship, offered by the Sandro Paradisi Association and awarded to Andrea Venarotta, a student of the Marconi Pieralisi Institute in Jesi.
A symbolic gesture underscoring Paradisi’s commitment to younger generations and our desire to invest in those who represent the growing present of our society.
Fabbrica Comune and shared change
The evening concluded with a discussion on the “Fabbrica Comune” project — a path of participatory growth that interprets change as a collective responsibility.
It was a moment in which all voices — from speakers to guests — reaffirmed Paradisi’s philosophy: growing together, in balance between identity, legacy, and innovation.
A Thank You to all who walk beside us
The presentation of our 2024 Integrated Reporting was not only a moment of accountability but also an occasion to thank all those who make this journey possible: participants, clients, suppliers, banks, collaborators, family members, entrepreneurs — and those who support us, even from afar.
As Giuseppe Morici writes: “There are small companies that ask big questions, and big companies that ask small ones.”
Paradisi feels deeply part of the first category.
