Paradisi meets ISTAO: learning by producing, producing by learning
“Learning by producing” is the guiding principle of the students of ISTAO – Adriano Olivetti Institute for the Management of the Economy and Enterprises, founded in Ancona in the late 1960s by Giorgio Fuà.
A school that continues to stand out for the quality of its postgraduate education and for its deep roots in the entrepreneurial fabric of the Marche region.
Named after Adriano Olivetti — a visionary entrepreneur, humanist, and pioneer of a business model based on social responsibility — ISTAO promotes a vision of the economy where ethics, culture, and innovation walk hand in hand.
A vision that deeply resonates with our own history and, above all, our present.
That is why we were delighted to welcome a group of ISTAO students to our facilities for a company visit — an opportunity to share experiences, present our business model (now certified as a B Corp), and engage in an open dialogue on the future of work, between industrial transformation and skills development.
We truly believe in the value of such encounters.
Because knowledge is never a one-way process: we welcomed these young professionals with the enthusiasm of those who still have much to learn — and much to learn from them.
