Donna Cultura Award 2025: a recognition that speaks for all of us
On Friday, June 13, at the headquarters of Confindustria Ancona, Gaia Paradisi received the Donna Cultura Award 2025, promoted by the Donne e Cultura Marche Association.
The introduction was given by Laura Luchetta and Roberta Fileni, who revisited the meaning of this recognition in light of the company’s ongoing journey.
Although the award was presented to an individual, it truly represents a collective transformation.
Following the sudden passing of Sandro Paradisi, the company faced a delicate transition, choosing to reorganize itself according to a new model — one that is more open, distributed, and oriented toward shared responsibility.
This transformation led to a diffused leadership model, based on engagement and the enhancement of people’s value.
The organizational structure evolved, but more importantly, the way of being together within the company changed.
Today, work-life balance is harmonized, and efficiency coexists with well-being.
Initiatives such as the “Fridays at Paradisi” are a tangible example of this new approach.
The term that best defines this vision was coined by Giuliano De Minicis: Econumanity (Econumanità).
A concept originally developed to describe Sandro Paradisi’s entrepreneurial philosophy, it has now become a concrete business strategy — one where economy and humanity are not opposites, but integral parts of the same path.
The Donna Cultura Award 2025 therefore goes beyond the individual dimension.
It stands as the outcome of shared effort, involving everyone who is part of Paradisi.
A recognition that truly speaks for all of us.
